Please read the information and complete the form to request a formal transcript.

Requesting Supplemental Transcripts

Some colleges may require supplemental transcripts to verify coursework completed outside of your main school. If your college requests this, here’s what we need from you to ensure timely delivery:

1. List of Colleges

Please provide a list of all colleges that require supplemental transcripts, along with the preferred method of receiving documentation.

2. Preferred Delivery Method

Email: If email is the preferred method, provide the recipient’s email address, the student's full name, date of birth, and, if available, the application ID or any other relevant information.

Mail: If the college requires transcripts by mail, provide the mailing address. For more than five mail requests, please supply pre-addressed envelopes. You do not need to include postage.

3. Important Notes

We do not use large portals such as Naviance or Parchment. Transcripts will be sent only via email or mail, as outlined above.
