Suzan Pham

SIL Principal Suzan Pham graduated from UC Irvine with a BS in Mathematics and a minor in Biological Sciences. She then went to pursue her MS in Applied Mathematics with an emphasis in Statistics at CSU East Bay. She has a passion for biomedical engineering and mathematical modeling and its applications within Biology, specifically infectious diseases.

She wholeheartedly believes in our school's mantra, "One size does not fit all." She believes that what students gain at the completion of a course may be similar, but their path through it may differ from one another. Empowered by the freedom to individualize instruction for each student, Suzan creates a supportive environment in which students learn to harness their own abilities, gaining greater confidence within themselves that then further translates outside the classroom.

Suzan loves the outdoors, is an avid basketball fan, thoroughly enjoys cooking, and is an active participant in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and Crossfit. She has been with SIL for over a decade, serving as a Math instructor and Principal.
