Mamta lives in San Jose and holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications and a Gold Medal in her Bachelor's degree with dual honors in Mathematics and Computer Science. Her overall experience of about 18 years spans various roles that helped her acquire skills like conflict resolution, organization, communication, time management, project management, and classroom management.
She enjoys helping students achieve their academic goals and understand mathematical concepts. Her lesson plans employ fun and creativity alongside the concepts to be taught. For instance, to explain Trigonometric concepts, she lets the students draw triangles of various sizes and explore the relationship between their sides and angles. This helps them grasp the topic easily. She uses these techniques to elaborate the underlying logics in Algebra1, Algebra2, Geometry, Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus, and Calculus.
She is committed to not only imparting knowledge but also to motivating students to explore their potential and develop their problem-solving skills. She believes in the power of collaboration, frequently engaging with colleagues to share best practices and enhance the learning experience across the curriculum.
