Kyle Worley
Kyle was born in Monterey and completed his BS in Mathematics at CSU Monterey Bay. He then moved to the Bay Area to complete his MA in Mathematics at San José State University, focusing on graph theory research while attending. Kyle has taught both high school and college level courses, and has taken multiple pedagogy courses during his time at CSU Monterey Bay. He continues to work on multiple graph theory research projects while working to try to better the community through impactful education.
Kyle believes in making education a stress-free environment, putting extra focus into making students feel comfortable in the environment they are learning in. He aims to always be personable and make being in the classroom a fun and memorable experience, along with the learning that comes with it. He believes in always being himself in the classroom, even when that means admitting mistakes. He aspires to obtain a PhD and take these teaching philosophies to university classrooms.
Outside of the classroom, Kyle enjoys a variety of video games including rhythm and strategy games. He has a strong passion for esports, and continues to coach players and teams, and consult with organizations even after concluding his work in collegiate esports. Additionally he also enjoys photography, videography, and video editing.
