Darren Weber

Darren was born and raised in the Bay Area, and has spent his career as an educator across its communities. With an undergraduate degree in English Literature from U.C. Berkeley, and with a decade of one-on-one teaching experience, he brings with him a passion for words while remaining an advocate for the power of art.

In his spare time he enjoys discovering new music and attending concerts, baking increasingly elaborate desserts and accepting any failures on the way, all while spending time with his partner and their several cats. If not busy with those, you can find him seeking inspiration and working on his own creative writing. This can come in the form of a long walk (through the suburbs or nature), or it can be discovered in whatever novel he’s reading, anime he’s watching, or video game he’s playing.
